Neil-patrick-harris

The Television Academy has once again tapped How I Met Your Mother star Neil Patrick Harris to host the Primetime Emmy Awards, CBS announced. He previously emceed the ceremony in 2009, followed by Jimmy Fallon, Jane Lynch and Jimmy Kimmel


The 65th Primetime Emmys will air on Sept. 22. Harris will also host the Tony Awards in June


"And what perfect timing — I'll just do the exact same script I'm about to use for the Tonys," Harris joked in a statement on Wednesday. "'And the Emmy for Best Revival of a Musical goes to Breaking Bad!' See, told you it works."
